Hydrogen Energy: Legal Support and International Cooperation

Abstract The legal support and existing potential contours examples of international cooperation in the field hydrogen energy are discussed. Based on study analysis “hydrogen” initiatives organizations activities which partly extend to hydrogen, as well interactions within framework regional integration associations (BRICS, Eurasian Economic Union, Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Association Southeast Asian Nations, Regional Comprehensive Partnership, European Union) individual regions, authors note lack clearly defined strategies plans, does not contribute achievement visible effects from cooperation, hinders stability markets, raises questions about need develop new rules at level, should be enshrined relevant agreements this area creation an organization that would become a world center for hydrogen.
